Return and Refund Policy

At Mike Animal Essential, your satisfaction—and your pet’s happiness—is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

  • The item is not on the non-returnable list (see below)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on the following:

  • Opened pet food, treats, or supplements

  • Used toys, bedding, or grooming tools

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If paid in cash, refunds will be made in-store.

  • If rejected, the item will be returned to you or disposed of per your preference.


4. Exchanges

If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange or replacement. We may require photos and proof of purchase.


5. Online Orders

For items purchased online:

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
